I am attending school for English to Spanish translation

In America today there is a huge demand for people who can do english to spanish translation and they is why I have chosen to go back to school for this. I can not tell you how many jobs I have seen advertised that you must be able to do translation from english to spanish. I am tired of working in a dead end job and seeing people who can simply do translation from english to spanish pass me by. In my current company alone I could earn twice as much with simply being able to do translation from english to spanish. I just can not image what a large corporation would be willing to pay someone who could do translation from english to spanish. At my age it will be harder to learn the second language but I am highly motivated to learn what I need to provide for my family better.
