I can’t do english to spanish translation.

I work for a company that provides translation services, but I can't do any spanish translation. I work at the front desk and clients that come in for help seem frustrated to discover that I can't do english to spanish translation. They think that because I work for a company that provides translation services I should be able to help with spanish translation. My boss doesn't mind that I can't do any spanish translation because I'm good at what I do and that’s all that matters to him. My boss just explains to the clients that he has other employees capable of providing english to spanish translation and any other translation services they may need.
