Translation Experience and Credentials

• Professional credentials and references are required from all translators. All have college degrees, plus a minimum of five to ten years experience, language accreditation, and many of them are members of trade associations such as ATA, AIIC, BDÜ, FIT, JAT, SFT, etc. Furthermore, all LanguageSpeak translators are put trough our own rigorous tests to ensure they meet our quality standards.

• All translators are native speakers of the target language and possess an advanced ability in the source language. They also have solid computer and translation tool knowledge and strong writing skills. Pursuant to our code of ethics, our translators can only translate into their native language

• We work very closely with each client to ensure that the terminology used reaches the target audience. As a general rule, we strive to maintain a neutral language, widely understood; unless otherwise specified. As a project unfolds, we develop client-specific and industryspecific termbases, so our translations are more accurate and consistent.
